smartMETERS

An application that provides data for the analysis of daily utility consumption patterns. This enables the optimization of consumption distribution with respect to tariffs and charges.

smartMETERS collects metering data from consumer meters and stores it in a database on ANDRA’s servers. This process is remote and automated via the GSM network. Reports generated from the collected data allow for the determination of consumption profiles and subsequent modifications. This helps reduce costs, such as capacity charges—both in terms of energy consumption levels and consumption distribution throughout the day. Additionally, analyzing reactive power consumption allows for the implementation of reactive power compensation systems in electrical installations.

Metering data, analyses, and reports are available in the user account on the website. Access to the portal is possible from any location with internet connectivity and from any device—PC, tablet, or phone. The system is simple and intuitive to use.

smartMETERS enables:

  • Meter readings
  • Collection of read data in a database
  • Visualization of the consumption of a given medium (electricity, gas, water, heat, etc.)
  • Visualization of 15-minute power intervals (for electricity only)
  • Visualization of other types of data provided by the devices being read

What can you do with the data and reports from the smartMETERS system?

  • Perform monthly settlements with tenants—exact meter readings at 00:00 on the first of each month
  • Balance consumption for the entire facility or for a node
  • Forecast energy consumption
  • Forecast power demand (electricity)
  • Monitor exceedances of predefined values (e.g., contracted power)
  • Maintain power limits during declared energy supply stages (electricity)
  • Estimate capacity charges in accordance with the new tariff (for large consumers)
  • Make decisions regarding potential load shedding
  • Integrate with other systems, such as BMS or accounting systems, for data exchange
